MrBeast.Store – Terms of Service

Welcome to MrBeast.Store. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (mrbeast.store, the “Site”), services, and merchandise (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

 

1. Who We Are

The Services are operated by Gamechanger247, LLC d/b/a MrBeast.Store (“MrBeast.Store,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

“You” or “your” refers to the individual accessing or using the Services.

 

 

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Site or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy (https://mrbeast.store/policies/privacy-policy)(incorporated by reference). If you do not agree, you may not use the Services. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (typically 18+) to access or use the Services or have parental/guardian permission.

 

 

3. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on the Site with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the Services means you accept any revisions to the Site.

 

 

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (designs, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, product images, compilations, etc.) is the property of MrBeast.Store or its licensors and is protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except as expressly set forth here.

 

 

5. Limited License

You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Site strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any resale, distribution, or commercial use of products or Site content without prior written approval is prohibited.

 

 

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Resell products purchased from MrBeast.Store (except as authorized under specific reseller agreements).

  • Interfere with the operation of the Site or attempt unauthorized access.

  • Post, transmit, or upload unlawful, or infringing content.

  • Use the Site for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable law.

  • Employ automated tools (bots, crawlers, scrapers) without consent.

Violations may result in termination of access to the Site and legal action.

 

 

7. Accounts

Certain features on the Site may require you to create an account. You must provide accurate information and safeguard your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

 

 

8. Product Availability & Descriptions

  • We aim to ensure the accuracy of product information but cannot guarantee availability, pricing accuracy, or error-free listings.

  • Products may sell out quickly. Availability is not guaranteed until checkout is complete and payment is confirmed.

  • We may discontinue or update products without notice.

 

 



9. Limited Edition Campaigns

From time to time, MrBeast.Store releases special limited edition campaigns (the “Campaigns”). These are subject to the following terms:

9.1 Limited Quantities

  • Each Campaign has a prescribed maximum number of units.

  • Campaign quantities may vary.

9.2 Archival & Non-Repetition

  • Once a Campaign sells out or its promotional period ends, it will be archived permanently.

  • Archived Campaigns will not be restocked, reproduced, or repeated.

9.3 Order Placement

  • Orders are first-come, first-served.

  • Checkout completion (payment + confirmation email) secures your order.

  • Items in your cart are not reserved.

9.4 Final Sale Policy

  • All Campaign products are final sale.

  • No returns or exchanges are permitted except for defective or incorrect items.

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with order details and photos.

9.5 Print-on-Demand Production

  • Some Campaign products are produced on a Print-on-Demand basis.

  • Production may extend fulfillment times by 5–7 business days before shipment.

  • Shipping confirmation will be provided once production is complete.

9.6 Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain Campaigns may be region-specific (e.g., USA-only).

  • Orders placed outside permitted regions will be automatically cancelled and refunded for restricted items. A restriction can apply to both individual purchases and bundles.

9.7 Resale & Authenticity

  • Campaign products are intended for personal use only.

  • MrBeast.Store does not guarantee authenticity or provide support for products purchased via third-party resellers.

9.8 Campaign Closure

  • Campaigns end automatically when all units are sold or the stated promotional period concludes, whichever occurs first.

 

 

10. Returns & Exchanges (Non-Campaign Products)

For regular, non-campaign merchandise:

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Final sale items, gift cards, and Campaign products are excluded.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

 

 

11. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard shipping estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

  • International customers are responsible for customs, duties and taxes.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

 

 

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

 

 

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MrBeast.Store shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the greater of (i) $100 or (ii) the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

 

 

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MrBeast.Store and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

 

 


15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

  • Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

  • If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution.

  • You waive the right to jury trial and class action participation.

  • Opt-out available by written notice within 30 days of accepting these Terms.

 

 

16. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA. Venue for any permitted judicial proceedings shall be in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

MrBeast.Store – Mobile Terms Of Service

The MrBeast.store mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by MrBeast.store (“MrBeast.store”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

 

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS/text messages from MrBeast.store, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of MrBeast.store through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, or other automated means or technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

 

While MrBeast.store uses its best efforts to send any text messages before 9 p.m. and after 8 a.m., in your local time zone (as identified by the area code for your mobile telephone number), you acknowledge that messages may be delayed by events, systems, or other third parties outside of MrBeast.store’s control. Accordingly, by providing your telephone number, you acknowledge and agree that you may receive text messages from MrBeast.store at any time, including between the hours of 9 p.m. and 8 a.m., local time.

 

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of any purchase with MrBeast.store. Your participation in this Service is completely voluntary.

 

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

 

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18554801308 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. MrBeast.store will also honor requests to opt out of text messages that are made using a reasonable method to clearly express a desire not to receive further text messages, and any other method required by law or regulation. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other MrBeast.store mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

 

By providing your phone number to MrBeast.store, you represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner or authorized user of the phone number.  If your contact information changes, you agree to immediately notify us of your new contact information.

 

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

 

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
