TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
Effective Date: 22 July 2025
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of merchandise from the MrBeast x TeamWater Campaign (the “Campaign”) hosted by [Legal Entity Name operating MrBeast Store] (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing from the Campaign collection, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Campaign Overview & Charitable Purpose
The #TeamWater Campaign is a global merchandise initiative by MrBeast in support of WaterAid, a recognized non-profit organization focused on clean water access. WaterAid is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (EIN/ tax ID number 30-018-1674).
All net proceeds from this #TeamWater campaign will be donated to WaterAid to support global clean water projects.
Net proceeds are defined as total revenue minus direct product costs, transaction fees, platform fees, shipping, taxes, and fulfillment charges.
2. Product Scope & Territory

Products under this campaign include apparel and merchandise labeled “MrBeast x TeamWater.”

These items are sold worldwide, and shipping is offered to multiple international destinations subject to local restrictions or carrier availability.

Due to the global nature of the campaign, fulfillment timelines may vary by country, especially for remote areas or during peak periods.
3. Sales Are Final – No Refunds

All sales from this campaign are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstance, including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Delayed shipping

Incorrect sizing (unless the exchange terms below apply)

4. Exchange Policy – Limited Conditions
Exchanges may only be accepted under the following conditions:

The item received is damaged or defective

You received the wrong size, and the item is in original, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached
Exchange Process:

Return shipping fees may apply unless the error or defect is ours

5. Shipping & Fulfillment

6. Customs, Duties & International Taxes
For international orders:

You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT imposed by your local government.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or international postal services.
7. Charitable Contribution & Financial Disclosure

Proceeds from your purchase will be donated to WaterAid, a United States 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (EIN/ tax ID number 30-018-1674).

Purchases are not tax-deductible to the customer, as a physical product is exchanged.

Upon campaign completion, a public impact summary and donation report may be published for transparency.
8. Use of Brand & IP
All designs, logos, and content are the intellectual property of MrBeast or their authorized partners.
You may not reproduce, resell, or modify any product or campaign asset for personal or commercial use.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages

Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for your order

All products are sold “as-is” and without further warranty unless otherwise required by local law
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, or another agreed-upon jurisdiction.
Disputes arising under or relating to these Terms will be resolved through confidential arbitration, unless otherwise required by law in your country of residence.
11. Modifications & Campaign End

We reserve the right to modify these Terms or end the campaign at any time.

Updates will be reflected on the campaign website or product pages. Continued purchases constitute agreement to any revised Terms.

1. What is the MrBeast x TeamWater Campaign? This is a limited-edition merchandise campaign created by MrBeast in support ofWaterAid, a non-profit organization focused on bringing clean water to communities around the world. All net proceeds will be donated to WaterAid as part of the #TeamWater program.. Learn more and join the team at https://teamwater.org.
2. Where does the money go? 100% of net proceeds (after production, shipping, and processing costs) will be donated directly to WaterAid to fund global clean water initiatives as part of the #TeamWater program.
3. Are the donations tax deductible? No. Because you are receiving a physical item in exchange for your purchase, the donation is not tax-deductible.
4. Can I return my item for a refund? No. All sales are final for this campaign. Refunds will not be issued.
5. Can I exchange my item? Exchanges will only be accepted if:

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.
6. How do I request an exchange? Email support@mrbeast.store with your order number, reason for the exchange, and supporting photos (if applicable).
7. When will my order ship? Orders and items will be made-to-order depending on demand. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout, but fulfillment timelines may vary due to high demand and international shipping.
8. Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes? For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their local authorities.
9. Where do you ship? We ship worldwide! Some regions may experience longer shipping times due to customs clearance or local carrier limitations. All stock will be shipped from 1 central location in the U.S.A.
10. I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I fix it? If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once the order is processed. We have a slight window to contact the production team before the item is handed over to the shipping team.
11. Can I cancel my order? All orders are final. Cancellations are not accepted once an order is placed.
12. Will I receive tracking info? Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been fulfilled.
